Today is the day. We’re delighted to finally reveal the fruits of our hard work as we launch The Positive Impact Co. to the world.

For too long, we’ve watched SME business leaders grapple with sustainability issues, instead of working out how to grasp the opportunities.

With a mission to give conventional business models a radical update, The Positive Impact Co. is here to help SMEs build resilience and unlock value, in a market that demands nothing less.

We’re Tause and Jonny, two independent consultants who’ve joined forces to share what we’ve learnt in our combined 40+ years in business. We want SMEs especially, to benefit from what we know, in a way that’s meaningful and accessible, so they can, in turn, build stronger, more resilient businesses, that thrive in the long term.

Just how do you build a resilient business? We come at this challenge from different angles. Perhaps it’s why we work so well together.

Tause has been helping leaders transform their business’ into organisations that create positive social and environmental impact. Her motivation is simple. For every business to be better and achieve more — to value their resources, to treat their people well, and to use their skills, time and resources to create impact. This is the premise of a resilient business. She loves to collaborate, to ask the difficult questions, and to help leaders find solutions to their most pressing challenges.

Jonny has worked both in and out of the corporate machine. He intimately knows the challenges and opportunities that come with doing business sustainably. He helps leaders identify exactly what they should be aiming for and gives organisations clarity on where to focus their time and resources. Jonny loves getting into the detail and uses his experience in financial analysis and human resources to develop holistic plans that grow real business value.

Together, we’re developing a series of adaptive solutions that will simplify the complex and enable businesses to embed sustainable thinking in their organisations, easily and efficiently.
